They should just do it anyway. The NCAA has no right to tell individuals where they can and cannot travel to.

I heard it explained why on Mike & Mike this morning, it would be an extra benefit that other student’s don’t receive (flying on a chatered plane, receiving free tickets, etc.)
Yes, it’s a stupid rule and in the NCAA’s fantasy world, they guys are “student athlete’s” (and I use that very, very tounge in cheeck
)

Just a heads up while this thread is still active. In a little over a week, the National Wheelchair Basketball Association championships kick off in … would you believe … Louisville, Kentucky!!! April 18 through 21. In years past they have had live streaming video of the tournament. So if you’re interested, keep an eye on nwba.org/ for information. I’ll also try to keep y’all updated.
My mom thinks wheelchair basketball is better than the “able-bodied” game. (Of course, she might be a bit biased, since I was a player.
) She compares it to the chariot races in “Ben-Hur”.

Twice is nice? I think they are even better this year. The defense is still suffocating. Don’t these guys ever graduate? What do they stay 5-6 years?The Louisville Cardinals got in as #1 overall - and as I suggested in another thread, in light of the conclave of Cardinals - it is the right thing for a Catholic to do to root for Louisville.
I notice all the same players and the same teams, I don’t think the Shockers lost a game since this tourney last year their 36-0
. I don’t think this is fair, there trying to cheat UConn again this year, this looks like a conspiracy.Kentucky, thats a NBA jr college. They take the best five high school players and they go one year and to the Pros. In three years Kentucky put 15-players in the NBA. This isn’t fair. :nope: Who runs this the mafia? I thought this was about student athletes and higher education.
