Neck and shoulder pain prayers!

Hello,
This morning I pulled a muscle in my neck and shoulders. I’m in a lot of pain whenever I move it. I humbly ask you to say a prayer for me and anyone else in pain specifically in their neck and shoulders. Thank you! God bless.
