Without going into too much detail, we have a family member who is in need of financial and legal help. He is recently widowed and needs to move his children closer to family (they live over 2000 miles from us, his family) but has run into some legal and financial problems that are weighing heavily on him and us and are making the possibility of him moving difficult if not impossible.
