Need answers please!

My home is sandwiched between two houses.Previous owners of the latter,fully paid for the fence to divide our properties .Now both fences need repair ;am I responsible to pay 100% for their repair or I can request them to share the cost ? Replies will be appreciated greatly.Thanks in advance!
