I started to tear up when I read your post, my heart breaks for you both. I will pray that St. Michael the Arch Angel detroys the demons that are creating a hard and cold heart in your wife. That Mother Mary steps on the evil and that the Holy Spirit infuses so much truth in your wife and the man she has been speaking with. That she immediatly recongnizes how this is hurting herself, you, this man, his wife, his possible children, and your marriages.

Lord Jesus please send immediatly help to both these couples. Strip the untruth from all their hearts and bring love, so much unconditional love to their hearts. Show this man’s wife how much, first You love her, and how much she is hurting her husband and many around her, but that Your love is so much more powerful and Your mercy is so GREAT! Shower all parties involved with absolute love and truth and make it so great that noone can turn their hearts from the Lord’s love. Humble her heart so greatly that she falls on her knees realizing how great her transgressions are, and then is lifted up and feels Christ’s rushing mercy on her. Let His blood and water wash over their marriage and warm her heart, and see how much true, uncondtitional LOVE you have for them. St. Michael fight the evil that surrounds them, and kill all the lies, for they are not of You. Mother Mary crush the enemy under Your feet and Holy Spirit, bind it up and bring it to the nearest tabernacle. Honor this man’s heart who is trying so desperately to do obey your commands for the convenant of marriage. Give him peace they are strangers whose hearts break for his and love him so much that they offer up many prayers for them. I ask this in Your Name.

Amen.

I just read this on another page for a woman struggling with a similar situation. I also just prayed it for my fiance, who’s struggling with dying to himself, and therefore loving me the way Christ loved us. I ask that you pray for us and I will especially say this prayer for you. (I already said it once.) I changed it to wife for you.

"Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I bring my wife and myself to the foot of your cross.
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I beg you to sanctify the souls of my wife and me with the blood of your mercy
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to purify the souls of my wife and me with the water that flows from your side
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to heal the wounds of body, mind, and soul for my wife and me
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to baptize my wife in your Holy Name
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to confirm my wife in your graces
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to annoint my wife with your oil of leadership
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to my soul and my wife’s soul with your Holy Spirit of love.
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your knowledge
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your wisdom
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your understanding
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your counsel
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your fortitude
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your piety
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your fear of the Lord
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your humility
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your fidelity
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your fruitfulness
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your obedience to the Lord
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your prudence
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your faith
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your hope
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your justice
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your courage
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your temperence
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your charity
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your peace
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your joy
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to enkindle in my wife’s heart the spark of love for me which once flourished, and to extinguish any other flames which might lead her into sin
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with a devotion to the covenant of marriage that we might live our covenant to one another as faithfully as Christ to His Bride, the Church
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your patience
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to flood our souls with your gratitude
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I ask you to surround and guard us with your angels

Jesus - I place my trust in you.

Do this every day. Remember, when Moses held his arms up - the battle was won. When Moses let his arms droop, the battle was lost. You are in a war for your husband’s soul. Make no mistake. You can win the war - though you may lose a battle or two - but only if you keep your arms lifted up in prayer and don’t let yourself get talked into giving up. If you get discouraged, go read Hosea. He’s certainly been there. "

May God have Mercy on You, and please take comfort I will say this for you…

Lou,

May the Lord grant you His peace! I can hear the pain and fear in your words. Seek counsel from your pastor. Pray for your wife. Rest in the Lord and allow Him to carry your burdens. Others are praying for you, myself included.

Hail Mary,
full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the Fruit Of Thy Womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Lord, help us to remember when we first met and the strong love that grew between us.

To work that love into practical things so nothing can divide us.

We ask for words both kind and loving, and for hearts always ready to ask forgiveness as well as to forgive.

Dear Lord, we put our marriage into Your hands.

Amen.

Lord, inspire Lou and his wife,
who bear the titles “Husband” and “Wife”.
Help them to look to You
to themselves
to one another
to rediscover the fullness and mystery
they once felt in their union.
Let them be honest enough to ask:
"Where have we been together
and where are we going?
Let them be brave enough to question:
“How have we failed?”
Let each be foolhardy enough to say:
“For me, we come first”.
Help them, together
to reexamine their commitment
in the light of Your love,
willingly, openly, compassionately.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen
