Need help finding Bishop Sheen's exact quote

It goes something like this:

“It is better to send your child to a public school where he will have to fight for the faith, rather than a Catholic school where it will be stolen from him.”

Now I’ve seen a few variations of this quote on the internet, but not Bishop Sheen’s direct quote.

I want to find out what he actually said.
