Need help finding passages from The Bible

Hi. I need some help. 🤷 My newly-discovered brother is an advid reader of The Bible, but does not support his child at all. Could you help by telling me some Bible passages that I can pass along to him regarding a parent’s responsibility to provide Love, Support, Housing, Clothing, Food, Books, Toys etc to their child? Thanks!
 
1 Timothy 5:8 And whoever **does not provide **for relatives and **especially family members **has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
 
Matthew 5:42 Give to the one who asks of you, and **do not turn your **back on the one who wants to borrow.
 
Matthew 18:5 And whoever recieves one child such as this in my name recieves me.
