Need help with terminology!

I need help with what ‘term’ to use, if there BE a term for this situation, that would describe the situation in which a pastor refuses to grant any superiority or “hierarchy” to elements of worship or devotion. As example, he maintains that ALL of the following are equal in importance and effect:
Eucharistic Adoration, prison ministry, healing Masses, Mass, per se, ministry to the elderly, etc., etc.

I don’t need anyone to get into the error of this or into the fact that this pastor has a problem; that is given and known. What I am asking is whether or not there is a ‘term’ for this view/mindset and, if so, what it might be.

Any apologists or others out there who can help me?

I might say “Relativism”. He is attempting to make all things equal, when they are not. They are all good, yes, they all reflect Love of God and Christ. However the Blessed Sacrament **IS **Christ! The Mass IS the highest for of public prayer and worship.

Thank you, Br. Rich…I think your term is a good one. I am used to thinking of relativism in other contexts, but it DOES apply here, too. Thank you, again.
