My friends,I haven’t been here in quite a while, praying for you all, which I feel terrible about. need prayers, asap,I should of been here a while ago have found myself in a terrible depression, along with irritability, which is really scaring me,I keep asking GOD,to help me,and that He never failed me,but I’m so depressed,I can;t hear HIM,I have a hard time praying and talking to my LORD now,and I am frightened,I’ve had terrible thoughts, even asking GOD to take me home,I’ve lashed out at my family, especially my two sons,I’m so ashamed, but can’t stop.
I am seeing my doctor on the 8th,this has been going on since Steven,my son came home from prison, which he surly doesn’t deserve,he has done everything to try to understand me,and keeps asking if he has done something wrong.
I’ve never had such a hard time talking and praying, which makes me wonder,do I really have faith and trust, please pray for me,I’m scared.
Thank you friends,
Dianne

Praying to St. Dymphna for you.

I turn to you, dear virgin and martyr, confident of your power with God and of your willingness to take my cause into your hands. I praise and bless the Lord for giving you to us as patron of the nervous and emotionally disturbed. I firmly hope that through your kind intercession He will restore my lost serenity and peace of mind. May He speak to my heart and reassure me: “My peace I give you. Let not your heart be troubled nor let it be afraid.”
Pray for me, dear St. Dymphna, that my nervous and emotional turmoil may cease, and that I may again know serenity and personal peace.
Amen.

Glorious St. Dymphna, you are the patron of the nervous and emotionally disturbed. I am certain, however, that your charity embraces everyone. I am certain that you lend a listening ear to any prayer offered for any special need.
You will, I am sure, take my problem to heart and pray for me that it may be happily settled. (Here mention your special problem or difficulty.) You will plead for me and obtain the help I need. Already I offer you my sincere and grateful thanks, so great is my confidence that God will hear and answer your prayers.
Amen. St. Dymphna, Virgin and Martyr, pray for us.
St. Dymphna, patron of nervous and emotional illnesses, pray for us.
St. Dymphna, crowned for the glory in heaven, pray for us.
St. Dymphna, faithful to your covenant with Christ, pray for us.
St. Dymphna, precious in the eyes of the Lord, pray for us.
St. Dymphna, our helper in every need, pray for us.
St. Dymphna, our friend at heave’s court, pray for us.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, Hallowed Be Thy Name, Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven, Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our tresspasses as we forgive those who tresspass against us. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen

Hail Mary Full of Grace, The Lord is with you, Blessed are you Among women and Blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus. Holy Mary Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of death… Amen.

Eternal Rest Grant Unto Them O Lord and let the perpetual light shine upon them, May their souls and the souls of the faithfully departed through the mercy of God Rest in Peace.

Eternal Father, I offer Thee the most Precious Blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the Holy Souls in purgatory, For sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal church, those in my own home, and within my family. Amen

Bubbie, we’re here to support you in prayer, and so are the many saints interceding for you. I’ll be leaving for Holy Hour at my parish in less than 10 min. I’ll light a candle for you when I get there, and you’ll be the intention of my rosary when we pray it. Know that you’re not alone.
Psalm 147:3 “He healeth the broken in heart,
and bindeth up their wounds.”

I am praying for you- and you can rest in the knowlege that God is understanding and merciful.

Did you ever consider medication? Some of them are really good for this condition, especially when there are no circumstances to cause the way you feel. That might indicate that because you are biologically pre-disposed to depression/anxiety, that you would feel that way no matter what is going on. Carefully shop doctors in your area, ask everyone you know who is getting treatment if they are happy with it and then go see them. This problem is uneccessarily crippling to millions of people who assume it is due to circumstances or other people that they feel this way.

Make it a journey to restore balance to your life. I will pray for your progress. Peace be with you.

Praying very hard to St. Dymphna for you Diane. Stay strong, you have many supporters here at CAF.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen

Diane,
Remember…If faith came freely without any doubt…then we would take it for granted. It is good to doubt ourselves from time to time…it makes us pray more. My prayers are with you. I’m proud that Steven is home.
God Bless,
Pam
