Need recommendations for resources

Does anyone have any recommendations for books, CDs, DVDs, or any other resources on how to address people in a pastoral manner, especially those who challenge your opinion or challenge Church teaching? This is not a request for apologetics resources but on how to express one’s viewpoint pastorally. In need for someone going thru the diaconate program.
