Need someone who can read Greek (re: Athanasius)

At fisheaters, there is a citation from Athanasius referring to Peter as “The Chief, Peter.” The reference is listed as " In Ps. xv. 8, tom. iii."

I believe this is all of Athanasius’ Exposition on the Psalms as a PDF, but it’s written in Greek. So can anyone locate the above citation and reference/translate the context for me?

Thanks to help from Todd, I believe the line in question is:

κορυφαῖος - leader
ἐν - in, by with
ταῖς - those
Πράξεσιν - deeds/with his deeds
εἰς - in/to
Χριστὸν - Christ
ταῦτα - these/these things
προσήρ -
µοσεν -

I think the “deeds” might be referring to “Acts,” as in the book of Acts. Something to the effect of Peter, the leader in Acts, something something these things of Christ. Or something like that.

My friend and fellow PhD student, P_ E_ and I have been looking at this-- it’s from Athanasius’ Expositions on the Psalms. The first thought I had is that προσήρ µοσεν is probably one word, really προσήρµοσεν, just hyphenated. The next step is translation of that word: if its from provarmazw, in its act. aorist 3rd sg. form, it would be something like, ‘for Peter the leader in the deeds fit/adapted these things (ταῦτα) to Christ’. Something like that. I’m not entirely confident about it but hopefully this helps or points someone in the right direction.

Well, I remember quite distinctly that προς meant “to, or toward”, so I’m gunna say about 90% that’s the first unknown.

μοσεν could mean the infinitive of the verb form of moshe (μοσεω would be I am moshe)

My guess?
Καὶ Πέτρος γὰρ ὁ κορυφαῖος ἐν ταῖς Πράξεσιν εἰς Χριστὸν ταῦτα προσήρ µοσεν.

Somewhat literal version:
And Peter for The Leader in [The Work (this is the direct object of ὁ κορυφαῖος)] is Christ towards which he leads (what moshe sorta means in English).

More understandable:
Peter, who is the leader in the Good Work, leads [others] towards Christ.

I finally got the answer from our priest.

And Peter was indeed the leader and was practicing Jesus’s teachings which he adapted.
