A typical negative judgment on an apparition is “It is established that there is nothing supernatural” (Latin “Constat de non supernaturalitate”.

Is there a negative judgment that goes beyond that to condemn the allocutions of the apparition, the promoters of the apparition, and even the Catholic faithful who hold that the apparition is worthy of belief.

What form would such a condemnation take (from either bishop or the Holy See)? Are there examples of that happening?

I think that you will find that the so-called Bayside apparitions have been pretty vehemently condemned, EWTN used to have a thing on their site that explains explained everything, I’m not sure if it is still there, but that might help you with what you’re looking for

I am very familiar with the Bayside case. I’m looking for a parallel one. Here is the reference

The remnant of supporters for the authenticity of the apparitions make two (arguably true) claims: 1. they were not given a forum to present their case that the apparitions were authentic as they would expect in a formal investigation (inquiry or trial). 2. The declaration avoids the use of terms like condemnation, heresy, schism, and sin and uses instead words and phrases like “contrary to the Faith of our Catholic Church.”, error, confusion, and endangered.

So I’m looking for is a declaration by a bishop or by the Holy See that condemns the allocutions of an apparition, the promoters of an apparition, and even the Catholic faithful who hold that the apparition is worthy of belief.

If you look on MiracleHunter.com for “negative decision” apparitions, they often have actual documents containing condemnations of the apparitions, such as for Bayside and also other ones. So you can see what forms they take.

If you specifically want to read more about Bayside, there is stuff on MiracleHunter about it and also at least one scholarly book on it you could get from your library. You might not be able to find exactly what you’re looking for on the Internet. Bayside is bunk, anyway, and that’s the final word from the Church.
