When i was a kid i was new to the neighborhood and me and my friends threw snowballs at a neighbors car in the winter time and they yelled at us. My family didnt talk to them at the time and still dont not becuase of this issue but is it a sin for me not to apolgize to them for doing this? i was not a christian at the time when i did this.
 
How long ago was this. Even with time, an apology may not be a wrong thing, as you could tell them that you are apologizing for what you did as a child. You may make good and fast friends out of this.
