Cathollic Andwers just reacted to my ad blocker. For a moment I thought they were going to stop me from reading the forum, but I was mistaken.

Has anyone else had the forum complain about their ad blockers?

There are past threads where people describe getting some message telling them to turn off their ad blocker or else be a Patron.

As Cruciferi said, with a little over a week to go before this place self-destructs, it’s a non-issue.

I never had that happen at all since ads started. Now it happens sometimes. I just close and open and it works again.

I find that reloading/refreshing the page fixes it.

Same for me: it happens sometimes, and I refresh/retry the page and then it’s fine.

I’m thinking about it. I’m going to take a break and when/if I do return to Catholic forums, r/catholicism is where I plan to go.
