New Episcopal Churches that are in union w Rome?

What designation distinguishes these Churches from othe Episcopal Churches NOT in union with Rome?
And, do they believe in the real presence?
 
Yes, they believe everything that the Catholic Church teaches (including the Real Presence). They are in full communion with Rome. They simply continue to use many of the traditions they have inherited that are not contrary to the teachings of the Church. They accept everything in the Catechism of the Catholic Church as the authoritative expression of the Catholic faith.
