There is a GREAT documentary Pandora’s Promise which is actually PRO nuclear power and in the Dvd’s extras, at some film festival, Michael Moore is on stage with the director and Moore seemed actually in-sync with the film’s message. Well, even a broken clock is right twice a day…:grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Do you have this in mind?

“It turned out the wakeup call was about our own side,” Gibbs said in a phone interview. “It was kind of crushing to discover that the things I believed in weren’t real,…”
He finds every one ill-prepared to comment on their stance about the biomass process, which the documentary says requires cutting down enormous numbers of trees…
“Now we can begin to come up with the right solutions that might make a difference …”
🧐 Is this the same “we” who didn’t realize that the electricity for electric cars actually comes from somewhere, and doesn’t just materialize out of thin air?

This documentary of Moore’s seems to be saying that the only people who don’t know how alternative energy works are the alternative energy cheerleaders.

Most everyone has known this stuff for years if not decades already. I think Moore is just trying to break the self righteous image that alternative energy has been given, for the sake of its own good.
