Please pray that I have the patience to contend with the constant irritants at work that I am troubled with.

Workman’s Prayer to St. Joseph

Glorious St. Joseph, model of all those
who are devoted to labor, obtain for me
the grace to work in a spirit of penance
for the expiation of my many sins;
to work conscientiously, putting the call
of duty above my inclinations; to work
with gratitude and joy, considering it an honor
to employ and develop, by means of labor,
the gifts received from God; to work with order,
peace, moderation and patience, without ever
recoiling before weariness or difficulties;
to work, above all, with purity of intention,
and with detachment from self, having always
death before my eyes and the account
which I must render of time lost, of talents wasted,
of good omitted, of vain complacency in success,
so fatal to the work of God.

All for Jesus, all for Mary, all after your example,
O Patriarch Joseph. Such shall be my watchword
in life and in death.

Amen.

Praying that you will be given the patience necessary to deal with those irritants at work.

Mary.

St. Joseph, pray for us. St. Raphael, St. John Bosco, pray for us. Amen.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Prayer to Our Lady of Mental Peace

O Lady of Mental Peace,
Mother of Tranquility
and Mother of Hope,
look upon BlueKnight in this time
of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart
to know that God’s Love
for her is unchanging and
unchangeable, and, that
true human love can only
begin and grow by touching
His Love.

Let your gentle Peace -
which this world cannot give
  • be always with her.
And, help her to bring this
    same Peace into the lives
    of others.
Our Lady of Mental Peace,
  • Pray for us!
    Amen.
Jesus, Help Me!

In every need let me come to You with humble trust,
saying:
Jesus, help me!
In all my doubts, perplexities, and temptations:
Jesus, help me!
In hours of loneliness, weariness and trials:
Jesus, help me!
In the failure of my plans and hopes, in disappointments,
troubles and sorrows:
Jesus, help me!
When others fail me, and Your Grace alone can assist me:
Jesus, help me!
When I throw myself on Your tender Love as Savior:
Jesus, help me!
When my heart is cast down by failure, at seeing no good
come from my efforts:
Jesus, help me!
When I feel impatient, and my cross irritates me:
Jesus, help me!
When I am ill, and my head and hands cannot work and
I am lonely:
Jesus, help me!

Always, always, in spite of weakness, falls and short-
comings of every kind:
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, help me and never forsake me!

Amen

For Help in Trials

Most holy apostle St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor who delivered your beloved Master into the hands of His enemies has caused you to be forgotten by many. But the Church honors and invokes you universally as the patron of hopeless cases–of things despaired of. Pray for me who feels so hopeless. Make use, I implore you, of that particular privilege accorded to you of bringing visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolations and succor of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings, in particular BlueKnight, and that I may bless God with you and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise you, O Blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, and I will never cease to honor you as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power to encourage devotion to you. Amen.

To OP
I DO HAVE A TIP
youtu.be/j_SS5QW-qDA

I was married to a coach and I was librarian at the same Jr. High. He fell in lust with our good friend. Imagine this. My library, next door, his math room, next door down her room. He divorced me, got engaged to her. Only my faith as well as Zoloft kept me halfway sane enough not to open my wrists and/or scratch her eyes out. I felt invisible.
All those years I’d been with him, had children, could no one see how harsh this was for me. And nothing was said, well rarely. On my yearly review I was commended for keeping my professionalism through a difficult year.

So my tip

I had a short peppy praise song I would hum when I saw them, or one of them. They didn’t even look me in the eye. An irritant for sure…

The praise

This God that I have
The worlds didn’t give him to me, etc

This love that I have, etc

This peace that I have…

Then this always made me smile even
The HOLY GHOST that I have
The world didn’t give him and the world can’t take it away.

And you’ll be just like Paul and Silas in jail, singing hippy mins of praise to God after being beaten and thrown into the inner dungeon.
