New Rite Book for RCIA?

I went to an RCIA day in January. The speaker mentioned that a new version of the RCIA Rite book was “in the works”. Has anyone heard this? Any target publication date? I did a web search and came up empty.

I’m probably the last to figure this out but did you know you can get a PDF copy of the current (1971) Rite book at:

liturgyoffice.org.uk/Resources/Rites/RCIA.pdf

Just in case it proves handy for folks.

Just as Liturgiam Authenticam led to a retranslation of the missal, it will lead to a retranslation of the RCIA rites. I haven’t seen any estimates on when that will take place, but it’s on the list. I’d guess it will be at least a couple of years.
