You’ve got that right! And, @Chuggledundledunk, no, it’s not good. In fact, to make light of Satan while not recognising the danger he presents to souls is a very bad mistake indeed.
While it is true that “Lucifer” originally meant “light-bearer”, we disregard the circumstances which led to the fall of the “light-bearer” (the exact circumstances of which are hidden to us, but must have been a grave affront against God for him to have been expelled from heaven) at our peril.
