If you follow the logic of some here it means securing the borders make one unchristian. Do you hold that view? Please explain how it does or doesn’t.
I hold that your logic is mistaken is invalid. Building a wall does not equate to securing the border. Securing the border is a separate issue than how many need to be allowed to immigrate.

This is why even initial the Pope had the qualifier of building a wall* without building bridges. *
Let’s be clear Mexico is in the Americas but it is not “American” as the term is understood.
How quaintly provincial. So do you also find Trump appealing?

I intentionally didn’t mention a wall because it is controversial. You keep dodging the question does a nation have the right to secure its borders i.e.: keep people who are not citizens from entering without authorization and set its own immigration policy? It’s that simple an either yes or no answer is all that’s needed.

I have herd Mr. Trump say on TV he only opposes illegal immigration. Apparently the Pope was told otherwise causing him to make an erroneous assumption about Mr. Trump which started all this controversy.

I’ll take that comment to mean you are not a US citizen. How much has your country done to better the world? I consider Mr. Trump to be a lesser evil than the two communist/socialist democrat opponents.
