I think that’s generally true, though.

I’ve certainly felt the same way about symptothermal–once I know what’s going on, I can’t unknow that. And even with the laxest possible approach to temping and mucus, I still always have a general idea of what’s going on.

I suspect it’s so with other methods, but I can only speak to the method I use.
