NFP as centerpiece of evangelism?

With so many parts of our country in which marriage and sexuality are almost totally de-linked, I think one useful way to evangelize the Catholic faith is through NFP. Has anyone ever included NFP in poverty outreach programs or other kinds of evangelism?
