Seems like it has been studied and is effective. Could be a big help to many who have trouble conceiving as well as those whose situations are difficult.
 
I actually like Fertility Friend. (There’s a paid premium version, but the free version works perfectly well.) It charts bbt and many other indications of potential fertility.
