can someone link me to a chart or a procedure on how it works. I’ve heard everything from charts to thermometers to mucus. I don’t need to know how good the NFP has been to you, I read a lot on the other thread, I’d just like to know how it works.
This is a website for the billings method. It is the one my husband and I learned.
We went to an instructor to learn the method. She also does chart evaluations for us and is there to answer questions when ever we need help.
You can contact your local diocese for instructors.
