The Senate is controlled by the democrats and the governor is Pro-abortion Democrat Catholic John Lynch. It looks like the Parental Notification Law will be repealed.
The vote took place in the house on March 7th,
As I stated earlier, this bill was passed and signed into** law** in 2002. Planned Parenthood took it all the way to the Supreme Court of the US. They had no problem with it but sent it back to the lower court in NH so that two lines could be clarified.
That is all it took for one legislator to bring a repeal bill citing it would take more time to change 2 lines then it would to do a whole new bill. (There will be no new bill.)
