I disagree. I see Judaism changing to the extent that the Diaspora is going to de=emphasize returning to Israel. It will in effect, acknowledge that, while we’re happy to send money to Israel, we are also happy to stay where we are. Jews have always been very good at assimilation. That’s nothing new. I think that the exact opposite is the case. Israel’s only hope is the continued and strong diaspora. It needs jews in other countries supporting Israel.
