No more kneeling during mass-Missal related?

One of the church’s in my city was doing this, and it was not for good reasons. The bishop was on them for this and I guarantee you it is wrong. The new missal is the reason they have finally changed what they were doing and are kneeling during the consecration again. You may think its just tradition and all that, but the motivations for not kneeling at the mass here were not pure by any means. I would start asking questions and see what kinds of answers you get.
 
In the US I only know of two periods that are normal to** Kneel **in the Ordinary Form:
  1. from the completion of the Holy, Holy until after the Amen of the Eucharistic Prayer [Exceptions allow standing, but bow when priest genuflects].
  2. from the completion of the Lamb of God (at the Behold the Lamb of God…) until the Distribution of Holy Communion [The bishop may specify standing instead.]
