Nobody in my family cares about skipping Mass. They only come with me occasionally. What can I do? I tried sending them articles on why Mass is important and great, but they don’t seem to have any interest in attending weekly again. They especially avoid other obligations like Christmas Mass, because its crowded. I want my family to be active again…

In the same boat myself. I eventually stopped caring too much after telling them so often

We can only do all we can do!

Set the example, don’t yell or live your piety noisily, but naturally and cheerfully with utter constancy. And let the fruits of the Mass, each Mass, overflow into your acts of charity, your acts of trust and humility. And ask the Saints and each person in your family’s Guardian Angel for help and ideas. “Turn the problem bigger, into heaven!!”.

Maybe ask St Monica for one big win this year.

Live your love of the Mass quietly and cheerfully with more trust in God, who is your Father and their Father, each day.

Hi @Mavzylor Keep praying for them continuously don’'t get discouraged, It is said believe in the Lord, you and your family will be saved,so be patience and gentle with them God has set a time for them Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:Romans 11:30-33 Just as you were once disobedient to God but have now received mercy because of their disobedience, 31 so they have now been disobedient in order that, by the mercy shown to you, they too may now receive mercy. 32 For God has imprisoned all in disobedience so that he may be merciful to all.

33 O the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!

34 “For who has known the mind of the Lord?
Or who has been his counselor?”
35 “Or who has given a gift to him,
to receive a gift in return?”

36 For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory forever. Amen.God Bless

If God never tires of forgiving my sins, I should not tire of reminding family members of not only the obligation of, but the beauty and peace that comes with attending Mass.

Pray daily for the conversion of your family now until the day of your death. Do this even if they become fully practicing again.

You can’t really push them to attend Mass. You can only ask if they would like to come with you, if not then you have done what you can. I would pray, that obstacles are no longer obstacles for them.
