Novena for emotional healing suggestions?

Hi,
Can anyone suggest a good novena for healing? Not physical healing but for healing of emotional hurt of the past. Healing of painful memories and dealing with past regrets. That sort of thing. To whom should I ask intercession from?

I see a nice Novena to John Paul II for healing, but was wondering if there were any others.

Yes! All of these prayers have really helped me and my family. My husband, daughter and I pray them daily. But there’s one specifically that addresses past wounds. “Prayer for Inner Healing”.

I have found St. Dymphna to be a good friend when I’ve struggled with emotional hurts. You may like trying a novena to her.
