There is no canon that states impotence is an impediment to the priesthood.

given that it’s a ground for nullity in marriage it would seem logical that it would equally apply to Holy Orders.

No, it isn’t logical at all. And in the absence of an actual canon that states it is an impediment, you can’t assert that it is.
