(Rochester, N.Y.) -– When Barack Obama becomes president on January 20, many scientists believe one of his first executive orders will be to lift restrictions on federal funding for embryonic stem cell research.
If that happens, it could have a wide impact. The impact will be felt by some of the country’s best scientists, at the University of Rochester.
