I have not been in the Prayer Intentions forum for a while, but I"m struggling right now and could use prayers. My OCD has returned with a vengeance. I’m afraid everything I come in contact with (even in the house) has covid on it. I don’t even want to get off the couch most days. I’m setting up telehealth with a therapist, but prayers would be appreciated. I’m terrified of everything, including my cats (and they don’t go outside). Thank you for your prayers.

O Lady of Mental Peace,

Mother of Tranquility

and Mother of Hope,

look upon DeniseNY in this time

of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart

to know that God’s Love

for her is unchanging and

unchangeable, and, that

true human love can only

begin and grow by touching

His Love.

Let your gentle Peace -

which this world cannot give
  • be always with her.
And, help her to bring this

same Peace into the lives

as patroness of those afflicted with mental, emotional,
and nervous disorders. She is thus an inspiration and
a symbol of charity to the thousands who ask her
intercession.

We beg You, Lord, to hear St. Dymphna’s prayers
on their behalf. Grant them relief and consolation
to all suffering such trials – especially @DeniseNY.
Please fill them with hope and grant them the cure
they so desire.

We ask this through Christ our Lord, who suffered
agony in the garden. Amen.

Positive attitude:
Stop reading, watching news. Forget about virus!
balancing serotonin in brain with Cocoa drink, egg, fish oil, meat or consult w doctor.
Talk with friends, not discuss on virus issues.
Read good jokes and share with friends to laugh all day.
Listen Christian and clean music you love
Do indoor hobbies, grow micro vegetable garden.
Home exercise.
Attend daily mass live streams.
Read bible, watch lives of saints on Netflix,
Follow Pope Francis on Twitter
Drive around 5-10 minutes a day and stay inside the car.
etc.

Pray a Hail Mary, and Glory Be or Cast anxiety to Holy Queen of Legion of Angels to take care while washing hands daily, as recommendation by Sr Christiana of Franciscan Sisters of Dillingen. http://ndfranciscans.org/fiat/praying-for-onions
