I hear that the outlines for discussion are or have been sent out. Does anybody know where these are?

What might the Synod be hoping to accomplish?

Is this where the motu propio concerning the more liberal indult for TLM will be promulgated?

I wouldn’t think so. The subject here is the use of scripture in the daily life of the Church. So, it certainly wouldn’t be out the question to talk about the Mass, but I merely guess that the language of the Mass is not the issue in this forum.

In the ZENIT news agency dispatch for March 9, way down in the question and answer section, Benedict XVI mentioned that he had seen the outline for the Fall Synod and he simply mentions that the preparations are progressing well.

Evidently, these plans are still a long way off.

When this year would be the most likely time for the Motu Propio to be published?

Are there any feast days or solemnities that would be most related to the form of the Liturgy?

I would find it unliekly, a Motu Proprio is basically “on his own undertaking”…such a document wouldnt really fit into the environment of a synod. Just my guess.
