the media ignores this type of story since the media is pro choice and very biased.

So, even if someone found a WITNESS that really saw this, very few would believe.

Reminds me of those who didn’t believe Jesus rose from the DEAD!

No, I am saying he heard a story from someone and repeated it.

Without documentation from some other source, it is advisable not to use this as an example of the horror of abortion. To engage in the debate and come across as believable, one must document document document.
.
Maybe you should email ETWN then - theyre the ones running the advert 😛

As to my original post - well good then, because if that never happened, then that’s one less horror. Im well aware there’s enough real documented horror.

Shame though that a priest has fallen into the urban myth syndrome when he has a plethora of real life, provable horrors to draw on.

I for one am glad then that regarding that particular horrific story ‘‘it aint so’’.

I probably should have generalized my remarks and not mentioned Fr. Pavone by name but he is the president of PFL and is usually the one on EWTN repeating fantastic stories about the culture of death.

Generally speaking, this kind of story is a sort of convenient apocryphal fable, or an urban legend, not exactly true but useful.

Then again, it may very well have happened I am just a very cynical person.

It wouldn’t be the first time someone got on EWTN (or even CNN) and repeated an unsubstantiated story for dramatic and/or ideological effect.

The raining dead… [creepy]

There is plenty of documented information to use when you are working to educate, stick with that.
The congress, state and federal had to pass a law protecting a baby who’s born alive after a botched abortion. So you KNOW what monsterous things must have been going on to even get legislators to wake up and take notice nrlc.org/federal/Born_Alive_Infants/index.html and in the case of our current election the Illinois bill ilga.gov/legislation/legi…920SB1663.html So you KNOW some people involved in abortions had to be creeped out with the practice of letting babies die or directly using other measures to kill the baby AFTER they are outside the mother on a botched abortion. So what do you think they do with all the bodies? 4000 babes a day are aborted in this country.

Where do these babies end up, Dumpster? Incinerator? Buriel? The mom wasn’t expecting a baby out of the process. Neither was the abortionist. Neither was society. There was no plan for a name, or record of birth, no SS#, OR death certificate. The baby wasn’t meant to live in the first place. As far as everybody was concerned, they are a NON entity, they never existed. The body or as they would say “tissue” is considered medical waste.

The Catholic Church has always maintained respect for life from conception to death, including proper respect for the body. But look at the argument and debate for even THAT in the press when the Catholic Church tries to honor the aborted babies

Don’t be so cynical that you automatically dismiss. Just because YOU don’t see it, doesn’t mean it doen’t exist. Lots of people have buried their collective heads in the sand. They want to keep drinking the cool ade and have somebody with all the best of soaring rhetoric tell them fables that the bad stuff that is going on around them isn’t really happening. Then all of a sudden congess has to pass laws that most people don’t even hear about because some really bad stuff has been happening behind closed doors
