Old Catholics and Polish National Catholics

OC used to just have male priests now they have priestessesss.
Do they still have valid orders ? Do NPC have only male priests ?
I hear they don’t believe in personal confession, true?

Are there many of these churches here in the US. I heard the OC now have a woman bishop , true ?

These guys seem like (pardon the expression, ) latter day episcopalisns.

Anything else about their beliefs. Thanks

know of 2 Polish National Parishes, having dealt with them on archival matters, both are exceedingly conservative and would have absolutely no use for female priests. I do not know what their overarching organizational and hierarchical structure is.
