Hello,

I haven’t really been online here in a while and noticed some big changes around here, namely the new board name.

when did this happen, and more importantly, are the old threads still available as archives?

There were many many good discussions that I still sometimes like to go back to and read.

Can anyone tell me if they are still available?

It happened a week or so ago. The old forum was archived, but it was removed completely after a couple days.
 
They said they would bring some of them back, but nothing yet. 😦

You can search for them with google cache if you know what you are looking for.
