Does anyone know of a prayer book that included either the Litany of the Most Precious Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. Or St Francis’ Canticle of The Sun? Perhaps even both?

The Canticle of the Sun is first mentioned in the Vita Prima of Thomas of Celano [Tommaso de Celano] in 1228.
Th[e] Litany in honor of Jesus in His Most Precious Blood was drawn up by the Sacred Congregation of Rites and promulgated by Pope John XXIII on February 24, 1960.
So— to answer your second question, it’s unlikely to find the Litany of the Most Precious Blood in a prayer book of much age, since it was not published until 1960.

To answer your first question, it’s far more likely to find the Canticle of the Sun, but who knows how long it took to find its way from Italian into English. But the hymn “All Creatures of Our God and King” is probably the best-known English paraphrase of the Canticle of the Sun, and that was not composed until, say, sometime around 1900-1920.

The Litany of the precious blood is in the enchiridion of indulgences

Doesn’t the Enchiridion of Indulgences [aka the Enchiridion Indulgentiarum] date to 1968? I thought it replaced the Raccolta, which was first published in 1809. I have the 2004 reprint of the 1957 edition of the Raccolta, but I don’t have that Litany in my copy.
