In verse 35 what does “the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.”, Mean? I dont understand what is being said here.

Don’t isolate the verse, but read it in context by including verse 34:

34and Simeon blessed them and said to Mary his mother,
“Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising of many in Israel,
and for a sign that is spoken against

35*(and a sword will pierce through your own soul also),

*** that thoughts out of many hearts may be revealed.”***

Now we see the “fall and rise” will be decided by whether they except Jesus as the Messiah, or not. Those who accepted him as Lord gained salvation through Christian conversion would “rise”, and those who heard the Gospel and still rejected him would “fall”.

And, today, we are included in the ******, as our thoughts and hearts will reveal whether we have accepted Christ or not.
