On the new Evangelization team at my parish, and I need your ideas!

I’m on a new team formed by my pastor to actively start evangelizing within our parish boundary. We wish to reach lapsed Catholics, those in other religions, and the completely unchurched.

Can you help? I’m asking for concrete things that we can do to reach people in all three of these groups: lapsed Catholics, those in other religions, and the completely unchurched.

I’m part of the group putting together a plan with our pastor, so your ideas are very welcome!

(And why isn’t there an Evangelization room on this forum?)
