If you are talking about “Predestination” as dogma, then yes.** That is not the same as OSAS** and even the article you link to explains that.

OSAS is not dogma of the Catholic Church. The Church teaches that it is possible to lose one’s salvation. Just like St. Paul knew that it was possible.
