Hi,

Is it true what they say that, “We all have same God, but only many ways or roads to come to Him which is worship?”
Because many people claimed that we may have different religions, but we have the same God, the most doubtful about there is Allah and Buddha must not be included there.

Thank you and God bless!

There is only one way to know God and that is through Jesus Christ. Acts 4 says that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. Christ is the way to salvation and if you reject Christ you are going to Hell (see John 3:18). There are not many ways to God.

No. John 14:6. That’s not to say that people who are not formally members of the Church can’t be saved, they still can be, but only through Jesus Through the Church, whether they know it or not. If someone serves God their whole life, and even better, knows that Jesus is the son of God and died for their sins, well they’re still not all the way there, but if they died in that state without having ever known that the Catholic Church is true, then they can in ways known only to God, be saved.

No, there is a difference between certain Christian denominations, not part of the Catholic Church, and those religions who openly reject Jesus and the Church.

Salvation is only found through Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church. There are some instances of invincible ignorance, in which a person might possibly be saved apart from a belief in Christ and His Church, but those aren’t known to us and the Bible doesn’t speak of this in a way that we can apply it to every non-Catholic/Christian who openly rejects Jesus.

Simply being good and following your conscience, while refusing to believe in Jesus, isn’t a non-privileged route to salvation. If anything we are told the exact opposite.

First off, Jesus says he is THE way, THE truth, and THE life not just ‘a’ way, ‘a’ truth, and ‘a’ life. As such, this question is a non-starter.

Now secondly, you write off Buddha and Allah yet are perfectly fine with the thousands of Hindu gods? Very strange.

Moreover, your dismissal of Allah as “and oh course not Allah” is highly islamophobic. We do have Muslims on this website, and you should refrain from such cruelty. Thirdly, Allah, Yahweh, and God are the same God. They are all Abrahamic religions. Expressed differently and theologically different for sure, but there is a common basis.

I will he reporting your post for the islamophobia. This is not me being “highly sensitive” or whatever other claims of me being “PC” that may come. Our frankly, we have Muslims on this website and you dismissed who they pray to as dirt. You don’t see everyone here calling out Mormons and who they pray to on the thread about them
