our diocese has begun to offer this as an alternative to current program, Echoes of Faith and at least I can say it beats Echoes, which as a joke, and worse than that, dangerous IMO
I went through it years ago when our diocese did not have a formal certification program. I have been asked to review the program again this year, which I have been doing for some years since I subscribe to the Catechist magazine which facilitates the program. Yes like all such programs you have to be careful and vigilant as to content, but if your diocese recognizes it, it may be much easier than some alternatives. The quality of the individual sessions, presentations or resources for each topic vary widely as they are prepared by different people some orthodox, some not. par for the course.
