No, there are no online classes for converting. The issue with that would be that the information is only half of the process. In converting, you are joining a community, something that couldn’t be achieved online.
Like adrift said though, contact your local parish. Priests are used to working with people who have different schedules and should be able to arrange something for you.

there are some on-line resources, there are also home study courses, but you still have to work through your parish, visit your pastor and see what he suggests. there is a lot more to the conversion process than taking a class and passing a test. you are also joining a community, and it is hard to become part of a community without coming in contact with people. You have to attend Mass each week, anyhow, and many parishes have their classes before and after Mass, so you are only looking at a commitment of another hour or so. It may refresh you to learn that many in your class, including the volunteers or parish staff teaching it, also have hectic schedules.
