Their “rites” are the same things available to every Catholic: Holy Mass, the Eucharist, regular Confession, personal prayer, the Rosary, spiritual reading, reading the Gospel.
BTW, you cannot redeem yourself. Jesus has done and will do that for you. Go to Confession. Go to Mass and receive Holy Communion.
