I’ve seen a few questions about this in the past and since I’ve been investigating the issue I thought I’d share what I’ve learned.

I’ll list the name of the order, their cut-off age or range, and give a website address for each. These are all apostolic or apostolic/contemplative orders:

– very flexible, but at least up to the late forties.
