Ordination etiquette

Hello

somebody i very much respect is to be ordained
have been invited to the ordination

is there a suggested place
that can read about what happens
and expected etiquette
at Mass then the reception

I am assuming you are attending a catholic priest ordination, that is why you are here and asking…:D:)

Dress appropriately for the ordination, this is a special event, glorious and momentous one.

During the Mass, follow what everyone does and you will be fine. There will me a lector that will usually give instructions, so as I said, follow along.

Also, please do not receive communion, this is reserved for catholics only.

For the reception, again, follow along. As for a gift, the preferred gift as monetary, in any amount you would want to give.
