The ordination rites themselves can be found in “The Rites Volume II” (about $15-$20) or in the “Roman Pontifical” (expensive and difficult to find) Also the “ceremonial of bishops” ($30) has a play-by play of how the liturgy should go, but does not have the prayers in it.
Essentially the heart of the ordination rite within the mass is thus
Deacon: Promises to bishop and Church, Litany of the saints, Laying on of hands by bishop, prayer to holy spirit, investiture with deacon stole and the book of the gospels.
Priest: Promises to bishop and Church, Litany of the saints, Laying on of hands by bishop, prayer to holy spirit, annointing/consecration of the new priest’s hands, investiture with priest stole and chatuble, mandate to say the mass, concelebration of the mass with the bishop
Bishop: Reading of letter of appointment, Promises to the Church, Litany of the saints, laying on of hands by 3 bishops (though technically only 1 is nessessary for validity), prayer to holy spirit (with book of gospels layed upon the new bishop’s head, anointing of the head with chrism, investiture with the ring and crosier, presentation of miter, concelebration of the mass with the concecrating bishops
