Any Eastern Orthodox here? What are the Orthodox thoughts on the image?

It varies.

The majority of Orthodox are neutral about it and view it as a Roman Catholic thing (which it is).

A small minority view it as heterodox and demonic in origin.

A smaller minority venerates and embraces it.

A Russian Orthodox priest I know considered it demonic but did not explain why. He did not explain a lot of things, just led me to discover on my own. This still bothers me, new revelation stuff and the great delusion (2 Thessalonians 2)

The Sacred Heart falls under both private revelation and Church devotional.

Devotionals are not universal, and private revelation is not binding on anyone except the person to whom it is given.

If it makes you uncomfortable, ignore it.

However, it is not permissible for a Catholic to believe something is demonic if it is a Church approved devotion or private revelation.

You can be neutral about it, or be positive and embrace it, but you absolutely cannot be negative about it (meaning think that it’s demonic).

The depiction of Christ’s heart atop his chest does not work within the Byzantine iconographic tradition, which would always prefer to depict the wholeness of his glorified body.
