[Orthodox?] Miracle of Lanciano

I know about the Miracle of Lanciano in vague ( if anyone has a website link, book, or other literature to recommend, that thoroughly details the scientific evaluation of the miraculous Flesh and Blood, please do mention it. The scientific reports themselves would be ideal, but I do not know whether they’re easily accessible to the general public. )

In any case, I watched this video and was disconcerted about some things that were said in the comment section:

If you go to the wikipedia and read the article about that miracle you will see that they are using it for doing papal propaganda in favour of the adoption of the unleavened bread.

Can someone explain to me this issue about leavened bread vs unleavened bread – why do the Eastern Orthodox and Roman Rite Catholics differ on this, and why are the Blessed Body and Blood not combined into a mixture by the latter?

What were the practices of the Early Church regarding these matters?

Instead of looking backward on the matter of the bread, why don’t we look forward and know that there is no leavened or unleavened bread after Consecration. What we have there is the body, blood, soul and divinity of Christ.

And to add, Byzantine Catholics do use leavened bread. So unleavened bread is not a “Catholic thing”. Each Rite adheres to their own traditions on the matter of the bread. And as I mentioned, ultimately it doesn’t matter because its not bread anymore.
