There must be free will to allow the expression of love and the contrary comes as a result also. The habit of charity extends not to the love of God and to the love of our neighbor. The Holy Trinity allows mankind the choice to share in the life of the Holy Trinity.Why would God create someone knowing they would go to hell?

If yes, why God not (want) allow this people to stop existance than suffer forever?

Perhaps because evil people cause harm to God’s children, so there may be consequences ?
Why should someone be able to harm or hurt one or many people with no consequences ?
You have the free will to choose to be good and accept eternal life or not. It is a very simple decision.
If someone harmed or killed your children , would you just say…“I wont be mad if you harmed or keep harming my children” ?
God’s plan is perfect. He created imperfect beings within a perfect construct that would allow us to be worthy of eternal salvation.
